WHOOP DE FREAKIN DO!!!!!!!! I get to work overtime today. Just what I wanted to do.

Thursday night was my usual Spinning class. This class is typically pretty intense normally. Its taught by a pretty high level competitive cyclist. Those who have done Spinning classes before have come out of this class and said how much harder it was compared to other Spinning sessions. Last night the instructor seemed particularly maniacal. He was having us ride with an extremely high resistance setting on the flywheel. You would have needed legs as strong as
(insert the name of your favorite strongman) to duplicate what he was wanting. I decided to save my questionable right knee and ride a little easier gear.
Its just over a week until my next race. I think the team has a good shot of duplicating its accomplishments in the first race of the year. We have such a strong team, we should be a threat to win just about any race around. My form is pretty decent right now. I still have some doubts about my strength. This is the first crit of the year, so if my strength isnt up to par it will probably become apparent rather quickly.
